1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacement requests under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during transit
- You received the wrong product
- The product packaging was tampered or defective
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Proof Requirement
To process your return or refund request, you may be required to provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
- Order ID and purchase details
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products:
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery are not eligible
4. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund may be processed via bank transfer.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
